My family’s first experience with a real estate agent was not a good one. We were first time home buyers and didn’t know what to expect. Yea, we were able to purchase our first home, but with little to no guidance. Fast forward 9 years later and in enters Griselda Quezada-Chavez. Again, we didn’t know what to expect, but we knew that we did not want the same experience we had in the past. Griselda is NOTHING, again NOTHING, like we experienced. Griselda is VERY meticulous, thorough, thinks of the clients best interests, and leaves NO STONE UNTURNED. You can tell by the advice she gives that she’s been selling real estate for a long time as she is very knowledgeable and willing to share.
Griselda was extremely patient with us. Even while we were waiting to find a house, she always kept in contact which let us know that she was still working for us. When we finally found our dream house, Griselda didn’t stop working; she started working even more. She provided a move-in checklist, recommended vendors for both our old and new homes and was ALWAYS available to us (on top of everything having to do with the purchase transaction-even though she could’ve been hands off at this point).

With our first home purchase, our real estate agent didn’t suggest for us to take a picture with the “Sold” sign (so cliche I know). I told Griselda how I REALLY wanted a picture with the “Sold” sign and again, she made it happen.

Additionally, we asked her about how we could put our old house on the market for rent and guess what…. She does that too! She hired a photographer to take pictures of our condo and created a virtual staging of the condo to post to different rental sites. She always keeps us informed of what’s happening with applicants and any next steps.

Our overall experience with Griselda has been unmatched. We are so grateful that God chose her to walk with us and for us during this journey. As we are continuing our relationship, I can’t wait to see what’s in store for us.
